About project

GBRE Advisor Suite is a multilingual AI consulting ecosystem created for Swiss real estate, design, and location-development audiences.

Three branded Advisors provide contextual guidance for visitors exploring complex property, design, and commercial-location questions. Each experience preserves the tone and positioning of its respective brand while operating on a shared technical foundation.

The platform helps qualify incoming interest, answer common first-stage questions, and guide users toward the appropriate human contact. For the client, this reduces repetitive pre-sales work and provides useful context for follow-up.

fixed multilingual encoding, responsive behavior, launcher presentation, and chat UI details.

Roadmap

Access, audit and recovery plan

Swiss Advisor restoration

deployed the primary Advisor, restored Claude-backed conversation behavior, and reconnected the production experience.

Data layer and security

established Supabase logging and dashboard access, secured browser-facing data paths, and completed initial production checks.

Design Galerie and Balsberg Advisors

prepared and deployed two additional branded Advisors with contextual prompts, routes, and lead handoff behavior.

Integration and refinement

connected site entry points, repaired multilingual encoding, and refined avatars, initial state, inputs, and responsive presentation.

Testing and handover

completed end-to-end testing with the client and delivered hosting, billing, and maintenance documentation.

Main Functionality

Site-integrated Advisor launcher

A branded floating call-to-action gives visitors a persistent route into the Advisor without disrupting the underlying GBRE website experience.

Conversational Swiss Real Estate Advisor

The primary Advisor opens as an embedded modal with contextual prompts, natural-language input, language switching, and a direct path from guidance to contact.

Multilingual conversations

The Advisor supports German, English, French, and Bulgarian interface and conversation flows, including correct rendering of accented and Cyrillic characters.

Responsive mobile experience

The modal, navigation, prompts, and message input remain usable on narrow screens, providing a stable mobile conversation flow.

Design Galerie contextual Advisor

A separate branded experience guides visitors across real estate, interiors, construction, art, and technology while preserving the Design Galerie identity.

Balsberg Gateway Campus Advisor

The project-specific Advisor is embedded in the Balsberg presentation and answers contextual questions about spaces, clusters, location, and commercial fit.
