It provides realistic roleplay scenarios and structured feedback so users can practice discovery, objection handling, and cold calls before live customer conversations.

User Authentication and Role-Based Access

03.2023 - 06.2023

Implemented secure onboarding, authentication, and role-based access with Next.js and Auth0. This stage established protected user journeys and the permissions required for different account types.

API Integration and Core Application Logic

07.2023 - 11.2023

Built core backend APIs and connected AI and video services to support dynamic coaching experiences. This created the application logic required for roleplay and content workflows.

Performance Optimization and Content Delivery Network

Optimized application delivery and configured custom and third-party CDN infrastructure. This stage improved stability and response times as platform traffic and content volume grew.
