LINSEN revolutionizes the job search by allowing users to purchase a 1-on-1 session with top employees of their favorite firms. Instead of sending dozens of CVs into a black box, candidates can book a direct “coffee chat” with people already working in the role or company they’re targeting.
For the MVP, we focused on a lean but complete flow that connects three sides: candidates, professionals and the LINSEN team.

let candidates browse or filter professionals by company, role, sector and seniority, then purchase a 1-on-1 session with just a few clicks

present each professional with a clear profile card: background, current company, expertise areas, languages and a short “what I can help you with” pitch

allow the LINSEN team to onboard and manage professionals in a structured way via WordPress (custom post types and taxonomies), without developer help

implement a simple booking & payment flow where the candidate selects a professional, chooses a preferred time window and completes payment via the integrated checkout

notify both sides (candidate and professional) about the booking via email, and hand off the actual meeting scheduling to an external tool (Calendly/Google Calendar/Zoom links) in this MVP phase

keep the initial UI intentionally minimal: one clear path for the candidate (discover → select mentor → pay → receive confirmation) to validate demand before adding complex features like messaging, dynamic pricing or availability syncing
This MVP scope proves the core value hypothesis — that candidates are willing to pay for direct access to insiders — while keeping implementation focused, testable and easy to iterate on.

implemented the marketing website and platform on top of WordPress, using a custom theme and React.js components for the interactive parts

modeled mentors, sectors, sub-sectors and roles as custom post types and taxonomies in WordPress to keep all recruiting data manageable through the admin panel LinkedIn

built a React-powered onboarding and search flow that lets users select industry, niche and role, then dynamically surfaces suitable professionals for “coffee chats” without full page reloads LinkedIn+1

exposed WordPress data through the REST API and connected it to the React UI for real-time filtering, pagination and profile previews
