The platform brings property imagery, specifications, availability, location details, and direct access to an experienced brokerage team into one clear journey. Buyers can narrow their search, compare suitable listings, and enquire about a specific property without losing context.

Here’s What We Did

built URL-synchronized filters for parish, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and price using TanStack Query;
configured Elasticsearch indexing for fast catalogue filtering and retrieval;
modeled residences, gated developments, phases, unit types, areas, prices, amenities and ownership costs in PostgreSQL;
created responsive property pages with galleries, specifications, features, outgoings and related listings;
built an image-processing pipeline with Sharp, AWS S3 and CloudFront for optimized architectural media;
integrated Strapi for listings, availability, developments, buyer guides, lifestyle content and podcasts;
implemented Next.js incremental static regeneration so CMS updates appear without full rebuilds;
connected property-specific enquiries and lead capture to HubSpot with consent, campaign and buyer context;
added structured property data, dynamic metadata, XML sitemaps, canonical URLs and Open Graph previews;
created responsive transitions with Framer Motion and covered critical buyer journeys with Jest and Playwright.

Roadmap

Discovery & architecture

Month 1

Defined buyer journeys, the listing taxonomy, PostgreSQL models and the Strapi content structure. This gave search, development data and editorial updates a consistent foundation.

Catalogue & search

Month 2

Built the responsive catalogue, URL-synchronized filters, Elasticsearch index and listing APIs. Buyers could quickly find relevant sales, rentals and developments.

Property experience & content

Month 3

Delivered media-rich property pages, optimized image delivery, related listings, Strapi workflows and incremental static regeneration. Agents gained a practical way to keep properties and editorial content current.

Enquiries, SEO & launch

Month 4

Integrated HubSpot enquiries and newsletter capture, added consent and validation, completed structured SEO metadata and animations, then verified the critical buyer journeys with Jest and Playwright before deployment.

Main Functionality

Property discovery & filtering

We built catalogue search with URL-synchronized filters for parish, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and price. Elasticsearch indexing keeps relevant listings quick to retrieve as the catalogue grows.

Media-rich property details

We developed responsive listing pages with architectural galleries, specifications, indoor and outdoor features, ownership costs and related properties. Sharp, AWS S3 and CloudFront support efficient delivery of large property images.

Property enquiries & lead capture

We connected property-specific enquiry forms to HubSpot with listing, referral and buyer context. Validation, consent tracking, duplicate detection and segmentation support more useful follow-up for the brokerage team.

CMS-managed media content

We integrated Strapi so agents can publish and update property information, buyer guides, Barbados lifestyle content and video podcasts. Next.js incremental static regeneration keeps these public pages current without rebuilding the entire site.
