Video Calls Before Booking: Safer Introductions
One of the main challenges in elderly care is trust. We introduced the ability to meet caregivers via video call before booking. This allowed clients to make informed decisions without leaving their homes. We implemented:

We upgraded the search system so users only see caregivers who are truly available. This significantly reduced booking cancellations. Key features included:

SOS Button: Simple Response in Critical Moments
In emergencies, every second counts. We developed a built-in SOS button that allows patients to instantly alert their families or support services. This feature included:

We integrated several payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, and cash-on-site options. Every client can choose what’s easiest for them — and all transactions are secure.
